Roommate wanted, apartment on 2nd floor, ready for immediate move-in.
Very conveniently located on the Green Line at Rio Vista Promenade (1 min. walk to trolly stop) in the heart of Mission Valley.
Within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops!
Secure building with key fob entrance.

You will have your own private bathroom and bedroom (unfurnished) with balcony and storage closet. Room is 12x11sqft. Shared (furnished) living room and kitchen, large comfortable and clean space. This is a strictly no smoking apartment complex. No pets please, my cat is old and does not get along with other pets (but loves people).

I provide wi-fi and a couple streaming services you are free to use. SDGE and other utilities will be shared (SDGE typically between $75-$125 per person, other utilities typically around $100 per person).

Deposit is $500 and you may start as month-to-month on a trial basis if you prefer, or you can be added to the lease (which comes with credit check and approval by apartment complex).

I am a late 30's professional/student looking for a roommate. I am very quiet and courteous, and like to keep things clean and tidy throughout the apartment. I have a small cat, Daisy, who loves attention and cuddles and who would love to have another friend to pester. I am a Conservation Biologist, but currently working at a veterinary animal hospital while getting my MBA. I am new to San Diego and still exploring, wanting to experience what the area has to offer.
