Hey potential future roomie!

We are two girls (or women) in our thirties looking for a fun mellow bud to join our feminist utopia (boys included). We recently had a roommate move out but their moving process may take some time, so we're looking for a May 1st move in date, but are happy to tour the apartment before then.

A little about the space: It's a prime time location that is pretty close to everything in San Diego. 10 minutes from OB, 13 min from the airport, 5 min to a Trader Joe's, and like 4 min from the Fashion Valley Mall. We also share a fenceline with a golf course if you're into that type of thing ;) The building is very safe and there is security on sight.

The apartment is ground floor as close to the pool/gym as you can possibly get. The pool/jacuzzi is AMAZING.. like a resort. There are BBQ'S and a pizza oven!

The apartment itself is really beautiful and has lots of charm. There's a gas stove and we are happy to share cooking implements/Breville espresso maker. The room we are looking to rent is the Master Bedroom that has a giant dance around in it-size walk-in closet, private bathroom with bath tub, and direct patio access. There is also additional closet space in the hallway connecting the closet to the rest of the bedroom so TONS of space.

A little about the girlinas/dogs living in the apartment: We are both extroverted introverts which means that while we are happy to yap but we are also happy to leave you alone if that's what you wish! No hard feelings! We both also really value our alone time! We love to share and have lots of books/tools/streaming services that you are more than welcome to use! We also know how to use a drill! Also both enjoy nature hikes, yoga, cooking healthy food (you don't have to be a vegetarian but if you are we love that for you) and Maria does hair! So if you ever need salon quality hair cut that is a service we offer.. but will not bring up unless you do lol. We each have a dog, one old/kind of aloof to everything, and one very young who has "pick me girl energy."

We are looking for:

A grown up (please god send us a grown up!) This means you pay your rent on time and don't need to be prompted to participate in basic household chores- someone who sees that maybe the recycling is full and just takes it out once in a while! We do not need you to be an OCD level of clean, but it really helps when you do your dishes/take your laundry out of the dyer when it's done/occasionally vacuum! We all take turns! We are fine with you having a pet as long as they get along with our doggies.
We value open-mindedness, adventure, creativity, silly goose energy, kindness, and independence! We would very much prefer you to be NOT MAGA and we do not support ICE in this household.
