Room for rent

HELLO.

I have a furnished 2nd bedroom, initially decorated for my daughter who's now 14, but she doesn't really use the room , nor does she live with me, so I was thinking of renting the room. I've successfully had male and female roommates (even from this spare room site) so I'm fine with either.

The guest bathroom is essentially yours as my master bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a dedicated parking spot below the building in a shared garage. There's a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit.

I'm a single man, that work as a real estate manager. My daughter visits generally 1x a week.

The bedroom is roughly 12'.6" by 11'.6" in size with a queen size bed, 49" TV, with desk and night tables. The condo is also air conditioned. You'll see that the kitchen & bathroom have been upgraded since the community has been built. This unit is a first floor unit with good privacy and an outdoor patio. Full access to a community pool, gym and Wi-Fi lounge, right in Mission Valley. Trolley station is just across the river.

The cost is the $1,500 per month, plus 1/2 of electric and ATT fiber optic WIFI (which is very quick). Water and trash is included in the rent. Talk to you soon!
