Room open anytime in August (Pro-rated) or Sept 1. Apartment is steps away from the beach and Mission Bay. Close to the amusement park, plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and public transportation.

The apartment is a 5-plex with a large patio for gatherings or BBQs. The neighbors are very friendly and chill beach people.

The Unit is 2 Bed and 2 Bathroom, so we don't have to share. We have a pool table that is portable and a slushie and ice machine. Brand new hard floors and kitchen sink. There is also a dishwasher. I have plenty of cooking appliances, pots, pans, etc.

Me: Middle aged beach guy. I cook for a living and my schedule is in the evening. I usually get home from work around 11pm or midnight. I'm pretty quiet and usually keep to myself. I don't party a lot, but I drink sometimes on my days off and am 420 friendly. I'm clean in the common areas, kitchen and living room. I'm not OCD clean, but I'm not a slob either. I have a kayak, some surfboards and a paddle board, I don't mind sharing those toys.

You: Male or Female. Someone who is friendly and easy to get along with. Steady income and clean at least in the common areas. Not a party animal everynight. Just someone clean, chill and easy to live with.
