This property is 50 meters from the sand in Mission Beach, shared with a middle aged writer who needs lots of quiet. Must be content having TV in own room and not bringing guests over. The room has a view of the ocean, a larger bathroom with double sink, tub and shower. Kitchen privileges are shared. The room is fully furnished but the requirements are strict. There are no overnight guests allowed. I am very organic about everything and require that only non-perfumed, chemically sensitive laundry soap be used in the washer/dryer. The property is steps away from the southernmost part of Mission Beach where all the volleyball courts are. Only street parking is available.
