About the Pad: Personal Bedroom and Bathroom/Shower. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and fridge. Large fully furnished Living Room with plenty of natural light, TV and Surround Sound. Very Chill, 5 plex with a Spacious Patio/Urban Garden for BBQs & Get-Togethers, friendly neighbors/community and seconds away from beach amenities and public transportation.

Not looking for a Party Animal or anyone who brings the party home or has guests EVERY NIGHT. NO PETS. NO COUPLES....

I'm a pretty chill, middle aged beach dude. Easy to get along with. I like to have fun and enjoy the beach, I also work often and am a student. I'm not a "Clean -Freak" or a "Total- Slob"... I like things to be LIVEABLE...and not totally gross.... You should be likewise.... Please be a responsible adult.
