Share house with three young male engineers

I’m the owner of a 4-bedroom home in Mira Mesa area where a fully furnished bedroom is available by the end of July. I don't live on the property—the house is currently shared by three responsible, quiet male engineers/graduate student in their late 20s/early 30s who work full-time. It’s a highly respectful, clean, and study-friendly household—perfect for someone who needs a peaceful environment to come home to. We’re looking for one more male engineer or graduate student to join the group and keep the good vibes going!

The room is $1,200/month on a flexible month-to-month lease, and all utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, and high-speed internet) are fully covered by the owner.

Single occupancy only. Share full bathroom with one guy. Share kitchen, living room and dining room. Laundry in garage.

House Rules: No smoking, no pets, and no illegal drugs. We keep noise to a minimum to respect everyone’s schedule. We keep common areas tidy and free of odor.
