Master BR – Share House with 3 Young Engineers

We have a master bedroom with a private bath and a walk-in closet available in a well maintained 4-bedroom home. You’ll be sharing the house with three guys in their 20s/30s who are all engineers. We’re looking for one more person to join the group and keep the good vibes going!

The house is quiet, clean, and respectful. Since everyone works or studies hard, we appreciate a peaceful environment to come home to. We’re looking for a male roommate (ideally in his 20s or early 30s) who is either a full-time employee or a dedicated graduate/undergraduate student.
The Details
• Rent: $1500/month
• Lease: Month-to-month (flexible). longer term is preferred.
• Occupancy: Single occupancy only
• Utilities Included: Owner pays for electricity, gas, water, garbage, and high-speed internet. (We just ask that everyone is mindful of usage to stay eco-friendly!)
• Furnished
• House Rules: No smoking, no pets, and no illegal drugs. We keep noise to a minimum to respect everyone’s schedule. We keep common areas tidy and free of odor.
