Hi our roommate is moving out and we need someone to take over. Private room with shared bathroom. Own parking space. Sharing bathroom with male. Utilities are electric, water, internet average 150 depending on usage. You will be on lease so they will need to run a credit check. It is month to month. Laundry is on complex site, small pool and gym. Apartment complex is called Parklane in Mira Mesa. I work nights in healthcare I’m a heavy sleeper. I’m a craft beer lover and binging on shows or books. The other roommate works days he’s laid back loves gaming. Near the 15 freeway.
