Geographically, you're near Mira Mesa Market West - Home Depot, Smart & Final, CVS, and several restaurants. Both Mira Mesa High School and Mason Elementary are within walking distance. Mira Mesa Blvd is served by the MTS bus lines which run conveniently to downtown or to UTC
