We’re looking for two friendly, tidy female roommates to take over a lease at our 4-bedroom, 2-bath house in Mira Mesa from September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027!

A Little About Us:

We’re two 26- and 27-year-old working professionals girls who love to cook, bake, catch a good sunset, and explore all the fun things San Diego has to offer. We’re pretty relaxed and like keeping things peaceful at home.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who’s clean, responsible, and organized! We’d love to find someone who’s not just a roommate, but a friend too. 💌🍸 If you enjoy a good laugh and like spending time together every now and then, we think you’d be a great fit! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Rent Details:

• Rent: $1,025/month + utilities (water, electricity, and internet)

• Security deposit: $1,025

• Move-in date: September 1, 2026

• Unfurnished room

• In-unit washer & dryer

• Street parking available, plus one garage parking spot and one carport space available

• The common areas are already furnished, but we’re always open to adding or swapping in new furniture to make the space feel like home together.

• You’ll need to apply with the landlords, provide proof of income, have good credit, and be added to the lease.
