Hello, my name is Joel and I’m a divorced dad renting a double master, 2bed,2bath. Lease is co-signed with my folks after my divorce, no security deposit needed. Rent is $1300, plus internet & SDGE. Water and trash incl. Parking, pool, gym, jacuzzi included. Laundry in unit. I have a small dog who comes with me to work during the day. Regular work hours Monday to Friday at UCSD.
