Room in townhouse in Mira Mesa

This is a 3 story , 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse in Mira mesa. located in a gated community , the room is on the top left corner .
The first floor is entry way and 1 bedroom on the right. The second floor is the kitchen, living room , pantry and guest bathroom. The third floor is washer and dryer , my room, bathroom, 3rd bedroom and your room. The bathroom is shared with one very clean roommate. All roommates get a space in the fridge and freezer as well as a big shelf in the pantry.

Requirements:

* Good credit
* First month rent and deposit.
* Couples are 100$ extra a month
* Utilities 100$ a month
* Rent 900$ a month
* Small pets ok but must stay in your room.

Amenities:

* In unit washer and dryer
* Walking distance to gas, food , barber, massage and grocery.
* Close Parking outside gate
* Internet provided
* One guest bathroom 2nd floor and 1 bathroom with shower on 3rd.

House rules :

* No smoking in the house (candles and incense ok, vapes out window)
* Shoes off house
* Quiet time 10pm-6am no exceptions
* All person are required to clean up after themselves including cooking area.
* No stealing
* No Fighting
* Guest limit is 4 per person with 1 overnight guest max . If a guest is staying more than 13 days a month it is an additional 100$ a month.
* Rent must be paid on time , every time.

Deposit is returned after room is left in same or better condition from first date of move in , as well as 30 days notice of moving out. Failure to abide by these conditions means forfeiture of deposit.

These rules are non-negotiable and any one found breaking them faces immediate eviction. This is for everybody’s peace of mind.
