Looking for single roommate!

Rent:

$1030 + utilities (approx. $100) per month

Security deposit:

1 month of rent, due at the same time first month's rent is due; total due at signing: $1030 deposit + $1030 rent = $2060

Term:

Option A (long): Nov. 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026

Option B (short): Nov. 1, 2025 - Dec. 31, 2025

Details:

My two roommates (1 Latino male, 1 Korean female) and I (Filipino male) are looking for a full time student/working individual to fill a single room in our house in Mira Mesa. Our place is about 3 minutes away from the Target/85C Bakery/Crab Hut/Vons outlet plazas.

All of us are pretty open minded and chill, and have various schedules working and/or going to school. Our hobbies include working on project cars, going to the gym, photography, playing pickleball, watching anime/Netflix series, playing piano, and DJing. We highly value maintaining communication, cleanliness in communal areas, and quiet times after 10:00 p. m.

About the place:

-all rooms are upstairs

-bathroom is shared with 3 people, and there is also a half bathroom downstairs

-washer and dryer in house

-we have one well-behaved cat and unfortunately cannot allow anymore pets, sorry

-no smoking

-driveway and street parking in quiet residential area

*you must provide financial proof of having a gross income of 2x rent per month in order to be considered*
