You would be living with me, the home owner: Raj, 46, he/him. I occupy of main bedroom with my own en-suite. Room next to mine is my office, where I occasionally work from home as a Software Engineer.

The main house bathroom is typically unused by me and will be available to rented room occupants, and occasionally any guest visiting my home (rare).

I’m generally neat and quiet, and my dog Trevor enjoys the company of other people. Trevor typically hangs out in the living room and has doggy door access to the back yard.

Common areas are anything not my bedroom or office. Any cosmetic changes to the environment, like photos or furniture, I will consider on a case by case basis.

The kitchen & dining area are clean and should remain so when nobody is in it. I can assign explicit fridge & kitchen shelf spaces if you’d like, or we can keep it simple and be mindful of each other’s stuff, unless specifically invited.

I have a vacuum and cleaning supplies but you’re not expected to clean up after me, only yourself.
