11.5x10 w/shared bath 3mins from Miramar MCAS

We are currently looking to fill a room in our Mira Mesa location. Available Rooms and Date are:

*Room C (available: Now): $875, Is a 11.5’x10’ private room with a/c, located in the garage. This room shares a bathroom with only one tenant.

Rent includes utilities: Water, Gas, Electric, and Internet/Wifi (up to $200)

My husband Mark and I are the landlord and property manager to the Mira Mesa House. We also live on the property. The home is large and my family (small kids and 2 dogs) resides on the back half, in an enclosed 1b1bath with our own private living room. Meanwhile we rent out the three rooms in the front.

All our tenants are very friendly, respectful, and have completed a full financial and criminal background check prior to moving in. Should you choose to move in this will also be required of you after your preliminary phone interview and home tour.

First Tenant is a male, works at SDG&E. Keeps a very active schedule. He enjoys working out, dancing, and heading to local events on his off days. Lives in the master with his own private bath.

Second Tenant is male. You will share the bathroom with him. He is a Marine deployed on Nov 15th. His room is currently empty until he returns in May, unless his deployment is extended (likely).

Third Tenant: this would be you.

Added note: Just a heads up if you are sensitive to noise. This home is currently full of active kids and early raisers ready to conquer the day. Some tenants are up around 5ish to prepare for work. My family is up around 6am to chaoticly get ready for elementary school.

This is/will be your home. Please do not feel like you are required to only stay in your room. The house is yours! All rooms will have full access to the common areas, such as, Front Living Room, Kitchen, Dinning, Laundry Room, and Front Yard.
Room will require a lease for a minimum of 12 months to start (some flexibly/ accommodations in duration may be possible depending on the time of year).

To move in, tenants are expected to provide FIRST month’s rent and a SECURITY DEPOSIT (equal to one month’s rent). As well as complete a full financial and criminal background check prior to moving in.

This home is 100% smoke free, drug free, and NOT 4/20 friendly. Must be tolerant of small kids and animals (and the noises they come with).

The Home is located next to all major conveniences, Grocery Stores, Shopping Malls, Gyms, Bars, Restaurants, Gasoline Stations, Parks, Theater, Schools, College, Business Parks, Qualcomm, Marine Base (MCAS), and the Freeways 805, 5, 15, and 56
