*FOR ONE MASTER BED AND PRIVATE BATH IN 3BD/2BTH APT* Hello! A master bedroom and bathroom is available in a 3 Bed/ 2 Bath Mira Mesa condo! The room will be available for move-in on May 4th 2024 at the earliest. Lease length is to be determined, but ideally will be 6 months and can be up for renewal.

About the Residence: You will have the master bedroom which has its own personal bathroom. The bedroom is about 10' x 11' including the closet. Rent includes water and trash. Utilities and internet will be split evenly among the tenants, unless a personal device like a heater or a personal air conditioner is used. In that case utilities average will be split evenly and anything over that, the user of said device will be responsible for. You will have your own assigned parking spot under an awning very close to the building. There is a refundable deposit of $800. The common areas are furnished but the room itself is not furnished. The master bathroom was recently remodeled and the kitchen amenities were updated recently. There is an AC in the common space and there are wall heaters in every room of the house.

Potential Roommate: The landlord is looking for 1 roommate -- male or female student or a young professional (no couples please) who is clean and respectful of common areas and other tenants. No pets, sorry! There is one dog already, an ESA to another tenant, and she is very friendly and well behaved. A credit check (free that doesn't show up on your record:)) and a reference are required along with the rental application. There is no fee for the application.

About the current roommates: Both roommates are chill, reasonable, and respectful. There is one female and one male, both in their mid 20s. They're both working professionals and have lived here over 3 years. Overnight guests are okay as long as they stay a reasonable length and are not over 24/7. Since the majority of the current furniture belongs to the current tenants, it is asked that you treat anything you use with care.
