The room is offered to a full-time professional (working in the office Mon-Fri, 9 to 5). You must be clean, responsible, and respectful.

Spacious kitchen, patio and laundry room (see pictures). Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in the unit.
Bathroom (with two wash-hand basins), just outside your room, is shared between you and another renter.
4-9 miles from Sorrento Valley, Intuit, Qualcomm and BD. Close to public transportation.10 min drive from UTC, Kearny Villa, Rancho Bernardo and La Jolla.

Utilities include high speed internet, water and electricity as well as 24/7 manned security, heated swimming pools and jacuzzies, large parks and a volleyball court.
