Roommate wanted to share a 2.5 bedroom 1 bath townhouse in Linda Vista / Fashion Valley.

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom which includes high vaulted ceiling and balcony.

Rent is $1,550/month with $1,550 deposit.

I'm hoping to find someone who wants something flexible month to month or shorter-term 3-6 months, open to discuss :)

We'd share the living room, kitchen, bathroom (double vanity), and a private backyard patio that has a little fire pit and an electric grill. The community also has a pool, jacuzzi, and a tennis/basketball court.

I'm a full-time business professional, male in mid 30s. I'm out of the house for work most weekdays, though occasionally work from home. Otherwise I’m usually at the gym, the beach, or out and about.

I have a sweet, 7-year-old dog (half golden retriever, half border collie, about 30 lb), so you'd need to be dog-friendly but he comes with me to work and most places I go.

I'm looking for someone clean and respectful who pays rent on time. First month and deposit are due upfront.
