I own a manufactured home in Linda Vista, nestled in the side of Tecolote Canyon. My community is at the end of the neighborhood, so we don't often get a lot of people passing through, which helps keep the area quiet. There are several locations to shop nearby, with Convoy, Balboa, and Mission Valley all within a 10 minute drive. The airport and downtown are 20 minutes away at most.

My current roommate has offered to leave the bed and some furnishings if you would like them, otherwise the room can be cleared out.

Kitchen and living room are also fully furnished, and you're free to use any of the cookware or appliances in the kitchen. Room includes an attached private bathroom with a standing shower. In-unit laundry is available for use. There is a community pool area. Plentiful street parking.

I have two cats, they're both friendly, but I'd rather not add any other pets to the household. I have a job in the restaurant industry, so finding someone else that works second shift would be preferable.
