Furnished medium bedroom shared bathroom

9x11 ft bedroom furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and desk. Has a shared bathroom with one Male roommate. We have three beagles and 5 cats.

If you are a couple or have $2000, we have a larger room (12x11ft) with a full bed available. Looking to fill either room, but not both.

We have a pool, hot tub, massage chair, bonfire pit, outdoor movie set up. We love to host BBQs and outside events. There is plenty of street parking.

I am a 37 year old female professional who works in Biotech. My husband is a 41 year old phlebotomist and we own the house.

We have two roommates currently, one occupying the smaller room who is a 23 year old student who will be moving out at the end of May when school finishes. The second is a 37 year old male who works as a server at Stone in liberty station, who will be here through September of 2027.

We all enjoy hosting and hanging out. We have no issues with tenants bringing people over. We have 3 beagles and they have indoor/outdoor privileges all day, and so would any other dog who joins the pack.
