Room in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with balcony! Kitchen has a dishwasher, with washer & dryer in-unit. The property is in Linda Vista, walking distance from a local grocery, the library, Post Office, several restaurants, and the Linda Vista farmer’s market on Thursdays. The community is gated with a pool, gym, and several fire pits/barbecue areas. Maintenance in our building is great and they take care of all repairs within reasonable time. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Ample street parking. We have been living here for two years, and been friends for over 10. Both of us are women in our late 20’s and looking for not only a roomie but a possible new friend. Our priority is keeping our home a safe space. One of us is immunocompromised, so cleanliness and mindfulness around illness is not only appreciated but necessary. We are all about open communication and keeping things respectful with one another <3
