Hi everyone, looking for someone to take over my roommates lease in a Mission Valley/Linda Vista area 2 story house March 1. The lease goes thru July and you’ll have an option to renew at that point.

About the space:

- $1255 + ~$50-$100 utilities each month

- Washer/ Dryer

- Off street parking

- room on 2nd floor, shared bathroom with one other roommate

- unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished

- storage shed outside

- shared balcony

- 2 female roommates in their 20s both lovely and work out of the house

- *** friendly

- friendly kitty

About you:

- 20-30 something female

- does not have a pet

- responsible, doesn’t bring the party home

- keeps common spaces clean

- friendly, can be friends with roommates

- bonus points if you like rock climbing or camping!

You can see the ocean from the top floor windows and balcony :) bonus!!!
