i'm subletting my room from Feb 15th until June 15th, 1150$ per month including utilities.

The house is ideally located in Linda Vista, 1 min away from 7-11 and 10 min walk to USD.
The room has its own bathroom.
Relatively large bedroom 14x12 ft.
you'll share the common area with 2 others people and one couple. Everyone works a professional job but enjoys coming home to relax. Everyone is animal and 420 friendly

The house has a garage with washer and dryer
There’s also gym/lifting equipment in the garage.
Front yard is usually where the dog goes to potty
The back yard has a pool and spaces for leisure activities.
Parking: parking is free and usually theirs is plenty of space.
The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. So no worries about noise

Looking for someone chill and professional who can match the vibe of the house.
