Hi! My name is Blessing, and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the second master bedroom in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment at The Parker Residences in Mission Valley.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, a spacious room, and you’ll be living with two amazing roommates — one girl and one guy (he’s gay), both super clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Rent: $1,465/month (your portion)
Total rent for the apartment is $4,395, split evenly three ways.
Utilities are split between all roommates.

Parking:
There is parking available in the garage. The new roommate can request an assigned parking spot for an additional monthly fee through the building. Otherwise, there is street parking and you can rotate using the garage.

Lease ends: August 1st, 2026 — long-term stability if you’re looking for something solid.(With the possibility of extending)

The apartment is modern, clean, quiet, and in an amazing Mission Valley location close to everything (shopping, restaurants, freeways, etc.). I’ll be including pictures of the room and common areas so you can see the space.
