Parking:
We share a front and back lot with 3 other units. Plenty of parking.

Lease / agreement:
Month to month Rent, looking for 6 motnhs to 1 year lease. Deposite is 1 month's rent upfront. Why am I leaving this AMAZING house and area? . . . I'm shaking things up for a year looking into furthering my education and/or a different kind of job while checking out mountain life at the same time.

Future Housemates:
Female in Healthcare - pickleball(4) enthusiast & fosters kittens 3wks at a time
Male in the Industry - mostly at home in the mornings & movie buff
Male in industrial istallation 9a to 5p - succulent / plant master and outdoorsey

Everyone is personable, enjoys occasional hangouts, conversations and housemate sunset walks to Beacons. We host a neighborhood game night a few times out of the year.
