About the Space
• Rent: $1,385/month
• Deposit: $1,250
• Lease: Month‑to‑month (looking for someone who wants to stay long term)
• Your Bedroom:
○ On the smaller side — want to be upfront about this. But I am flexible with you using some of the shared space for storage as needed.
○ West‑facing with more privacy than the walkway‑facing side.

• Shared Spaces: Fully furnished! Although the kitchen could use some new pots and pans if you've got them! I do have a Nespresso machine as well as a Vitamix that are communal :)

• Parking: You get the designated parking spot (perk for the smaller room!)

About Me
I’m 28, female, easygoing, a bit of a homebody, and usually reading or binge‑watching something when I’m not at the beach, doing water activities, or on walks.
I work from home full‑time, but all of my desk/equipment is in my bedroom — nothing spills into the shared spaces. I start work on the earlier side, and because of that, I tend to wind down fairly early at night.
I have an ESA rescue dog who’s very calm and super sweet — so you’ll need to love animals.

Household Vibes / Expectations
• Clean shared spaces matter — no dishes piling up or clutter
• Guests are totally fine — you're paying to live here! Just be respectful with noise and shared space
• Not big on strict quiet hours, just courtesy (especially late nights / early mornings)

This home is great for someone easygoing, clean, and respectful who doesn’t mind a smaller room in exchange for amazing west‑facing light and your own designated parking spot.
