Laundry in unit out in our garage - plenty of storage for surf boards, camping gear, etc. There is an additional shed in the backyard for storage as well. The kitchen is very open and perfect for cooking or entertaining. The large backyard is ideal for relaxing and soaking up some sun. The available bedroom has two oversized closets. One current roommate has a very sweet cat, other pets may be considered. There are four dedicated parking spots and plenty of street parking in this area. Start date 12/1 (may be able to accommodate 11/29 or 11/30 if needed).

Applicants must provide proof of monthly income 2.5x rent and have a credit score 650+.
