Hey! I’m looking for a roommate for a short-term stay (3 months only) in my 3-bedroom house in Lemon Grove. The landlord will be taking the house back at the end of August, so this is a temporary rental only.

It’s a quiet, cozy home with a big backyard and garage storage. You’d have your own private bedroom and a separate bathroom that you’d be the main one using (it’s in the hall and occasionally used by guests). The house is very low-key—it’s mostly just me here, so it’s not a crowded roommate situation.

I do have two dogs 🐶🐶. They can be reactive and do bark, especially when I’m not home, so this would be best for someone who’s comfortable living with dogs and doesn’t mind some noise.

💰 $1000/month + split utilities
🔑 $750 deposit
📋 Landlord requires good credit & rental history

I’m looking for someone chill, clean, and respectful—definitely not a party house. I work early and keep things pretty quiet during the week.
