Private 2-Room Suite w/ Own Entrance — Lemon Grove

Two-room suite with its own separate entrance in a house on a hilltop in Lemon Grove. You'd share the kitchen with one person (me, 30s, works in tech, travels a lot, not home much). That's pretty much the only overlap. You come and go through your own door.

The bedroom has teal accent walls, tile floors, good natural light. Connected second room works as an office, living room, whatever you need. Green accent wall, fits a desk and a couch. Your entrance is from outside with stairs up to your own door. No central AC, portable window units available.

Shared spaces: full kitchen with gas range and stainless steel fridge, back patio with fire pit and grill. You're welcome to have people over outside with a heads up.

Amenities you can use: infrared sauna, cold plunge, Peloton. I ride mountain bikes a lot and have a few you can borrow, plus a workshop with tools and a stand if you want to wrench on your own. Radio Canyon is a 10-15 minute ride for trails. Your own parking spot in the driveway.

Quiet, down-to-earth hilltop street. 1940s house with wood plank ceilings and original details. Not a party neighborhood, just chill.

If you work from home, this is a good setup. Dedicated office space and your own entrance, so you're not walking through someone's living room for every coffee run.

Trolley is a 5-7 minute walk. 15 minutes to downtown and the Gaslamp. 20 to the beaches. Easy 94 and 125 access.

Electric is about $100/mo per person. Internet is $35/mo. Water covered. No smoking. Pets negotiable.

You clean up after yourself, keep shared spaces the way you found them, handle your own stuff. That's it.
