We have a furnished bedroom in a spacious, renovated 4bd/2ba home on a quiet street on the border of Lakeside/Santee, 1 mile from Santana High School. Rent is $1100 per month and includes utilities (except cable/Wi-Fi). The room has ample natural light and access to a shared guest bathroom, kitchen, family room, living room, patio and pool. Sorry, we do not have extra storage outside of the rented room. Access to laundry. Room can be partially unfurnished, such as bringing your own bed.

Our Lakeside/Santee location is central by freeway to everywhere in San Diego county.

About us: We enjoy watching movies, golf, football, art, travel (30 countries to date!), hiking, game nights and love our 2 dogs (roommate must love dogs). Looking for a roommate that will consider some pet sitting in exchange for rent discount during any month we travel.

About you: you’re personable, quiet, tidy, have stable income, respectful to us & our guests, our property and be willing to do your fair share in maintaining shared space.
