The Place: It has its own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, ample closet, parking, and laundry privileges. Excellent location, close to 8 and 125 freeways, SDSU, Cuyamaca/Grossmont college. This is for one person only. Long term tenant, month to month.

You: Non-smoker, responsible, respectful, clean, quiet, with verifiable source of income. No pets, no drama.

This not a roommate situation. You'll have your own part of the house, your own privacy.
