The house is in La Mesa near the end of Spring Street. Close to several freeways and trolley easy to get around town. We are looking for a couple roommates who are reasonably quiet and clean to share a one year lease with. We have lived here for the last 3 years are well liked amongst the neighbors. The reason why we are looking for roommates is the family/ friends we were renting with have taken the next step and moved in with their long time partners to start their own independent life. The house has street parking and front and back yards large enough for small gatherings. Attached garage/ storage area with us providing washer and dryer access. Large living room furnished with a large tv welcome to all, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher. We do have friendly dog unfortunately no other pets would be permitted.
