We're looking for a third roommate to join our home in the Smoketree Henderson community in La Mesa. The available room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and dedicated garage parking space. You can see the property here on Apartments. com (6050 Henderson Dr. Unit 34)

Rent: ~$1,400/month (willing to negotiate)
Includes: Water, HOA dues, garage parking, in-home laundry
Utilities: Gas, electric, and Wi-Fi shared among roommates (~75-130$ per person)

The condo is a spacious 3 bed / 2.5 bath, approximately 1,470 sq. ft., with a patio, HOA facilities, and easy access to I-8, Hwy 125, and the Amaya Trolley Station (Green/Orange Lines).

The current household consists of two working professionals (late 20s, early 30s) in office admin roles. We work a hybrid schedule, with some remote work during the week. The home is generally quiet and relaxed, but we enjoy occasionally hosting friends for dinner or board games. We value keeping shared spaces clean, hospitable, and respectful.

A good fit would be someone who:

Pays rent reliably
Communicates well
Helps keep common areas clean
Is comfortable living in an LGBTQ-friendly household
Is comfortable with us hosting friends and family if they come to town.

The lease is month-to-month through Apartments. com, and the new roommate would be added to the existing lease.
