Private room available now at The District in La Mesa, with its own private bathroom and closet. It can come furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. The apartment is a two bedroom on the top floor with a balcony, and it comes with laundry in the unit, a great kitchen, fast wifi, and free assigned covered parking. The building also has a pool, a gym, and secure covered parking.

The location is a big plus. It sits right on the Grossmont Trolley Station, so getting around is easy: about 10 minutes by trolley to SDSU and roughly 20 to 30 minutes to Fashion Valley. It's also walking distance to Grossmont Center mall and Sharp Grossmont Hospital, which is handy if you work or study nearby.

A bit about me: I'm Garreth, 24, a young professional civil engineer who's tidy, friendly, and easygoing. Outside of work I'm usually cycling, running, hiking, gaming, or watching sports/movies. I'm hoping to find a roommate who's respectful and considerate. No gender preference, and students and working professionals are equally welcome.
