Hi! My name is Alexa, one of the three roommates here. We’re currently looking for one person to move into the large room in our 4 bed / 2 bath house starting August 1st.
The room is $1,100/month, with a $600 security deposit. Utilities average around $160/month.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in La Mesa. It’s conveniently located near SDSU, with quick access to freeway entrances, shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday local conveniences. The house has a 3-car driveway, spacious garage, backyard with a small fire pit, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

A little about us: we’re three easygoing, respectful roommates who all work full-time. Outside of work, I enjoy video games, reading, anything nerdy, anime, and running my art business! There is also a cute orange cat
