2 Rooms for Rent in Home

Hi! My name is Alexa, one of the two roommates here. We’re currently looking for two people to move into our 4 bed / 2 bath house starting August 1st. We have two rooms available: one small room and one master bedroom. Both are different prices, the small is about $920 and the master is $1240 & utilities around $100 a month. It’s a 12 month lease with the possibility of a 6 month if preferred. Ideally, we'd love to find working professionals or students in their 20s or 30s m/f no preference.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in La Mesa. Conveniently located near SDSU, with quick access to freeway entrances, shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday local conveniences. It has a 3-car driveway, spacious garage, backyard with a small fire pit, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

A little about us, we’re two easygoing professionals who are respectful and both work full-time. Outside of work, I enjoy video games, reading, anything nerdy, anime, and running my art business! There is also a sweet orange cat who is usually inside the other roommates bedroom.
