This is Lani. I am the home owner.
Our one of the rooms will be available on April 16, 2026.

We are looking for a housemate who is:
Respectful, responsible, no smoking, no drugs, no illegal activity, pays rent on time, comfortable with shared common areas, tidy, and rotation cleaning.

This house is located in a safe and great neighborhood in La Mesa. It's easy to get access to Freeways 8 & 94, and the restaurants and shopping centers are nearby. The house has been remodeled recently with fruit trees and flowers in front and the backyard. The washer & dryer are within the house, and the off-street parking spaces are available for each tenant. The current tenants are wonderful! They are quiet and enjoy living in this nice house!
