We live in the lower half of a large house and we are looking for a new roommate for a bedroom with its own bathroom. The rent is $, a month and includes all utilities cable WiFi and laundry is in garage. There is no AC however there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. We do have a cat and a yearold Chihuahua. Looking for an individual with a steady income. It's a very low key and quiet household. The room is X with an extended little alcove, say for a desk. I am over and my cousin lives here also.
