I have a preference for females because the room I will rent and bathroom are right next to the bedroom that my 14 year old daughter sleeps in, who is with me 50% of the time. I want her to feel comfortable, especially at this age.

The room has a Tempur-Pedic Queen bed. a TV with access to a lot of streaming channels, a computer desk and monitor available for you to use. The room also has central AC/heat and fan. There is plenty of closet space and good light.

As you can see from the photos, you have use of a large living and dining area as well as large kitchen.

The outside of the house has a great yard that is such a pleasure to sit in and drink coffee in the morning sun. Around the other side of the house is a space for grilling and playing ping-pong. There are also dumbbells and a spin bike that are available.

The house is also set up to charge a Tesla, but that would be shared with me, and I would require priority over its use. If you do have an electric car then there would be a $30-50 surcharge for its use.

At the front of the house there is plenty room for off-street parking in my double driveway, in this very safe and quiet Cul-de-sac.

Also, I will accept payment by Venmo, or Zelle, but if you can pay with cash then I will take $50 off your monthly bill.

Finally, if you love dogs then you're in for a treat...... 65lbs of love: Lokie is a boxer, rotty, pit mix gives more love than most family members!
