We’re a considerate family of three with two dogs that’s renting out an attached large 400 sq/ft studio in La Mesa. This studio has no access to the main house. This self-contained unit has its own entrance so you will have complete privacy. Newly constructed with a spacious bathroom, large closet, small kitchenette and large windows that provide lots of natural light.
The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and fridge, so our ideal tenant would do minimal cooking. The home has central AC & heat. Laundry is off site. There is ample street parking right in front of the house. Our home is located in a central, safe, and quiet neighborhood just minutes from Lake Murray, Mission Trails, Grossmont Trolley Center, the 125 and the 8 freeway - and only 20 minutes from downtown and the beaches.
We are looking for an individual who will be a good neighbor to us and is:
· Clean, quiet, and responsible
· Non-smoking
· No pets
· Has a good rental history (we call past landlords)
· Gross income of at least $3,600.

The space will be available to rent starting 2/1/24 on a year long rental agreement. The rent is $1800/month, which includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash, and internet). The deposit is $1,500.
