We are seeking a roommate to share our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium. The condo is a total of 1,000 sq ft, and the room for rent measures 10' x 13'. It features built-in shelving, space for a desk with options for hardwired or panoramic Wi-Fi connectivity, a large 6' x 6' walk-in closet with ample storage, and an exclusive private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The room comes furnished or unfurnished.

Additional amenities include a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a garden patio off the dining room. The condo also boasts a heated pool and a fully equipped clubhouse. During hot days, we keep the space cool with central air conditioning. The laundry facilities are on-site and are maintained clean and tidy. Parking is off-street, with one free parking permit provided.

All utilities are included in the rent. While smoking is not permitted within the community, it is allowed on the sidewalk or the cul-de-sac park located directly in front of the condo.

Our previous roommate enjoyed living with us because we fostered a safe, quiet, and warm atmosphere in the home. We are looking for a roommate who is an effective communicator, considerate, and typically sleeps at night. We prefer someone without children or pets. Furthermore, the ideal roommate should be respectful, cooperative, maintain cleanliness, and be responsible.

We are both healthcare industry professionals and usually sleep between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Lastly, we have a lovable, intelligent, and friendly Golden Retriever named Cooper.
