Room available in La Mesa

Hi! We're a quiet little family in a quiet neighborhood with convenient freeway access. It's just me (47) & my son (23). We share the common spaces and keep a tidy house. We have 2 very friendly rescue mutts.

You would need to apply for and be approved to be added to the lease: 12- month stay is therefore required. Any application fees are yours to cover.

The room for rent is unfurnished. You'd have a shared bathroom with just 1 person and full access to the kitchen, living area, backyard, and laundry. Oh, and we have a fire pit. :) Parking is on the street. Driveway parking is considered for newer vehicles with no leaks. Utilities included- we have fiber internet. Will consider pets on a case by case basis and must be approved by landlord.
