Room in Lovely La Mesa Home!

Hello! Please read before replying!
One room available in an AMAZING, feel-good home in La Mesa! I own the home and rent the two extra bedrooms. The lease is officially month-to-month, but we are really hoping to find someone who is looking for a long term, stable, restorative place to call home!

Until April, I will be working from home a few days per week as a therapist. So at least until then, it's ideal if your work is out of the house since privacy is necessary for my clients. Diana is our other roomie and she is in her early 60’s. I am 55. We are both quiet, clean, super considerate, friendly and positive. It really is an exceptional, harmonious and comfortable vibe here! You and Diana will share the bathroom along with any friends or visiting clients that may occasionally need it.

The room for rent is bright, cheerful, has two windows, beautiful floors and is about 11.6 x 11.8. The last roommate had a queen bed, a dresser, a desk, a night stand and a chair that all fit well. There is plenty of parking on the street and we are close to the 94 freeway. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the 8 freeway too, just fyi.

We’re looking for a single, female roommate who:
Works away from home.
Tends to be early to bed, early to rise
Doesn’t have overnight guests (in particular, no one-night stands!)
Is clean, kind, respectful and relaxed!

House quirks! Full disclosure:
1. We like to wash our dishes by hand and use the dishwasher as a drying rack! We just don’t fill up the dishwasher fast enough to run it before we need our favorite pans and dishes again!
2. All utilities and wifi are included in the rent, but we don’t have cable! We like to watch tv and movies in our rooms but each use our own subscription/Amazon Prime/Netflix, etc. Just a heads up on those!
