Looking for someone to take over my spot on the next 12 month lease at La Jolla Crossroads in UTC. Rent is $1,570+ utilities. Utilities typically are around ~$120-175, depending on electricity usage. You’ll have a private bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, and covered garage parking with EV charging available. Room can be furnished.

The property has great pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball courts, and a clubhouse, and it’s about a 5-minute walk to Westfield UTC.

You’d be living with my older brother, who works full time in accounting. He’s friendly, active, outgoing, clean, and easy to live with. Ideally looking for a working professional or student who is respectful, responsible, and easygoing.
