The townhouse is trilevel, fully furnished, full kitchen, and has dual masters with a bathroom and small balcony on the third floor. Washer and dryer in-unit. Close to the freeway, trolley, bus stop, UCSD, and malls. La Jolla Shores and Torrey Pines beaches are 7 minutes away by car. Our complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and sauna.

We are two quiet, single professionals (male and female) in our late 40s. I'm a teacher and he has an event business. We are fun and social and have gatherings about once a month, but other than that we don't bring guests home often.

We would love a professional roommate who works or keeps normal business hours, as quiet hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. We have a small dog here part-time every few weeks so no other pets, please. No smoking of any kind in the room/ home. No couples or overnight guests.
