The house is located in La Jolla, a block from the cross at Mt. Soledad. It is an older, but spacious 5 bedroom house with big kitchen, washer and dryer, large backyard with artificial turf, and parking in the driveway. It is in a great spot very close to the beach, PB, and UCSD.

The room is available now and can be occupied by only one person. Rent will be $1000 a month plus utilities which are about $100-150 per person per month. The security deposit will be $1000. The room is about 160 sf. with a vaulted ceiling. The bathroom is shared with one female. Pets might be ok if you’re a responsible owner. Rent will be more if you have a pet.

The roommates are all pretty social and friendly, 23-30 years old. We love the beach, surfing, cooking, trashy reality TV, barbecuing. We are all very active, play sports, and go to the gym.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, fun, drama free, and respectful.
