My name is Susan. I'm a (single) business administrator in higher education for 10 years. I have a single occupancy second/spare bedroom (furnished) / 1 private full bathroom (w/ bath tub) available for rent in my townhouse located in La Jolla, California (La Jolla Village area). It is located 1.1 miles from UCSD, 3.2 miles from La Jolla Shores beach, and walkable to La Jolla Village Square Mall: (Ralphs, Trader Joes, Starbucks, restaurants, dentist, Pilates, Yoga, movie theater), the San Diego Trolley, and multiple bus stops.

I would like to have someone here for 4 months or longer.

My current boarder is a lovely undergraduate Visiting Scholar female aged 21 from Brazil at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. Before her, I had a 22 year old female Visiting Scholar (Master's degree) from France with an appointment with UCSD on the medical side.
