Greetings!

My name is Susan. I'm a business administrator in higher education for 9 years. I have a single occupancy second/spare bedroom (furnished) / 1 private full bathroom (w/ bath tub) available for rent in my townhouse located in La Jolla, California (La Jolla Village area). It is located 1.1 miles from UCSD, 3.2 miles from La Jolla Shores beach, and walkable to La Jolla Village Square Mall: (Ralphs, Trader Joes, Starbucks, restaurants, dentist, Pilates, Yoga, movie theater), the San Diego Trolley, and multiple bus stops.

This would be a month-to-month lease. Would like to have someone here for 3 months or longer.

My current boarder is a Visiting Scholar (Master's degree) at UCSD on the medical side. She is from France. She and her family are just lovely! Her invitation is ending at the end of July 2025. My boarder before her was an undergraduate student from Malaysia. She lived here until she graduated. We still are friends to this day and keep in contact. In addition, I have had two (2) other UCSD students (female & LGBTQ male), and two (2) professionals females (accountant, and a Yoga instructor/personal trainer).

Rent includes:

* Possible consideration for complex parking unassigned/uncovered. Security present at night.

I have just remodeled my kitchen, bedrooms, and all three bathrooms.
