WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Full house access privileges, including kitchen use, outdoor BBQ, outdoor firepit, common area TV with streaming services, laundry room, storage space.

- Utilities including WiFi (tenants expected to assist in minimizing SDGE billings, such as not running laundry or dishwasher between 4 and 9 p. m.)

TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES

- Owner has two 9 year old huskies, in owner's absence tenant(s) will be asked to feed and water dogs in the a. m. for owner

- Tenant(s) will be expected to assist in maintaining common areas clean and orderly and to not damage property

- Background check required and formal 1 year lease signing.

GUESTS

- Guests are permitted, however, overnight stays require notice to owner and his prior approval.
