Looking for someone to rent a room in a 4 bedroom town house. The bedroom is in the first floor. Very private and with it own full bathroom. I am a single dad and have two teenagers that are full time students and are quiet and respectful. All 3 of our rooms are on the third floor. The Kitchen and living room are in the second floor.
