Personable & calm guy...I work remote in sales - marketing (upstairs office) during the day. I have my own living area upstairs and don't use the main floor other than the shared kitchen (cook only on weekends). I'm gone on Sundays visiting family & church.

*Initial 6 month lease then to month-to-month. A 60 day notice needed to end the lease.

*I am seeking a roommate who is a full-time working professional and travels to a workplace daily. Renter must be fine with NO pets, smoking - vaping, 420 partying, drugs, alcohol abuse, large gatherings or weekly overnight guests (family & g/f allowed per discussion).
