Personable & calm guy (43), I’m very easygoing and respectful of shared space. Professional consultant, I WFH in sales - marketing from my own living area upstairs, so I’m rarely in the way. I don’t use the main floor (use the kitchen on weekends to prepare food for the week). I’m busy with friends and social activities a few nights a week. I’m gone on Sundays with church & visiting family.

*Seeking a full-time working professional that travels to a workplace daily (WFH periodically ok), cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and is tidy around the house.

*Must be okay with a firm no-pet, no-smoking/vaping, no-drug, and no-party (alcohol abuse) household.

*No large gatherings (a few friends over is fine).

*No ongoing - weekly overnight guests (exceptions for short-term visits - family/partner may be discussed).
